Ordering Online
First you will need to register with us. To ensure that trade prices are only viewable by bona fide trade customers, registration is a two-stage process.

Step 1 – Setting up a standard customers account
Click on the Register tab in Buy Online. Complete customer registration, including company name. On clicking the Register button at the bottom you will be given your log-in password. You are now registered as a standard customer and can buy online at recommended retail prices. You will now be given an option of clicking to register as a trade buyer.

Step 2 – Applying to upgrade to trade buyer status
You will be asked to re-enter the company name and email address, as well as addresses of shops where you wish to place Holy Mackerel stock. This application will then be checked to ensure that where possible we maintain local exclusivity for our customers. We will contact you to confirm acceptance and you will then be able to buy online at trade prices.

Payment Options
Once you have selected your cards, and entered checkout, you will be offered some payment options:
Paypal – A specialist on-line payment provider processing on-line transactions on our behalf. We have chosen this secure third party so that you (and we) can be confident when making payments on-line. When you select Paypal you will be taken to a secure server where you may enter your credit or debit card details securely and confidentially. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Delta. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.

Cheque – First time buyers who select this option will have their goods supplied after their cheques have cleared. Existing customers who have already successfully applied for a credit account with us can select this option to take advantage of 30 day credit terms. (Unfortunately we can’t accept off-line credit card payments to settle credit accounts).

Carriage free on orders over £100 net of VAT, £7.00 charged on smaller orders, UK mainland
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the standard rate at checkout.
First orders are paid in advance, subsequent orders 30 days credit terms subject to account opening. Contact us to request a credit account
Credit card payments can only be taken for online orders
Many of our cards are handmade to order, so for trade orders we aim for a 2 week delivery time. However, in many cases the goods are in stock and will be despatched immediately.
Depending on order weight we use Royal Mail recorded delivery or a national courier.
Any defects or shortages will only be credited if written notice is given within 7 working days of the delivery date.
