5 pack scientist cards

Funny Olde Worlde cards

By Erica Sturla

(P5ESD07)

Never caught without the right card for a science lover? This five-card pack keeps your card stash covered – warm, witty, and totally unique, with five of history’s greatest scientific minds ready for every birthday on your calendar.

Erica recreates beloved characters from history in meticulous detail from polymer clay. She photographs them, adds her humorous text, and they are printed onto fabulous 300gsm board. This pack – part of Erica’s celebrated historical range – includes: Charles Darwin, surrounded by a monkey, parrots, a chameleon, a penguin and a tortoise, wishing you “what a fine specimen you’ve evolved into!”; Isaac Newton, apple in hand, with the news that “age makes some things drop faster than others!”; Albert Einstein, pipe in hand in front of a blackboard of equations, advising “the formula for staying young is relatively simple… never reveal your true age!”; Ada Lovelace at her analytical engine, calculating “your age to be 598.33”; and Marie Curie, flask held high in her laboratory, telling you “you’re in your element!”

The ideal set to have on hand for every science-loving birthday on your calendar. Perfect for a friend, colleague, mum, dad, sister, brother, science teacher, student or anyone who has ever started a sentence with “well, technically”. Hypothesis: they will love it.

Each card is printed on premium 300gsm board and measures 15cm square when folded, making it suitable for Royal Mail standard letter post. It has a gloss finish on the outside and is blank inside with a matt inner surface suitable for all pens. It comes with a colour-matched envelope and is wrapped in a Nativia film bag, derived from plant starches.

Holy Mackerel cards are designed and made right here in the UK. Add to your basket and give them a card worth keeping.
