Erica recreates beloved characters from history in meticulous detail from polymer clay. She photographs them, adds her humorous text, and they are printed onto fabulous 300gsm board. This pack – part of Erica’s celebrated historical range – includes: Oliver Cromwell in buff coat and boots, hat in hand, insisting birthdays should be celebrated “warts and all!”; Nell Gwyn in a sky blue gown and red stockings, basket of oranges on her arm, toasting “a legendary party girl”; two stern Puritans, one clutching a very serious book, with “some birthday advice… don’t do anything we wouldn’t do!”; a swashbuckling Cavalier in lace collar and plumed hat, wishing you “a right Royal time!”; and Charles II, the Merry Monarch himself, in full coronation robes, crown, sceptre and orb, bringing “the merriest of birthdays!”

Each card is printed on premium 300gsm board and measures 15cm square when folded, making it suitable for Royal Mail standard letter post. It has a gloss finish on the outside and is blank inside with a matt inner surface suitable for all pens. It comes with a colour-matched envelope and is wrapped in a Nativia film bag, derived from plant starches.
